How to Find Us:
Our Brainerd office is conveniently located in downtown Brainerd.

• Parking: Free parking is available in the lot next to the building.

• Entering the Building: Use the main entrance.

• Inside the Building:

  • A directory is on the right as you enter—this will show you where each therapist is located.

  • Upper Level: Suite C (to the left) and Suite D (to the right).

  • Lower Level: Suite B (to the right) all children’s therapy are at the lower level, we also see adults in this suite.

When you arrive at the appropriate suite door (C, D, or lower level), enter the suite and take a seat in the waiting area. Your therapist will meet you there at your scheduled appointment time.

Our Little Falls office is located in the heart of Little Falls Broadway. From Hwy 371:
Take the exit toward Little Falls/downtown (Hwy 27/Broadway) and head east on Broadway toward downtown. Continue into downtown. 72 E Broadway will be shortly after you cross into the downtown business district.

• Parking: Free parking is available in the lot surrounding the building.

• Entering the Building: Use the main entrance.

• Waiting Room: Enter the main door and have a seat in the waiting area. Your therapist will greet you at your appointment time.
