Self-registration allows you to enter your information, complete required forms, and move forward with the intake process at your own pace. Once you register, our team will review your information, assign you a therapist, and schedule your first appointment.
All forms load automatically in the portal, helping streamline the process and reduce delays so you can focus on what matters most—your care.
