We Accept:

Blue Cross Blue Shield MN, Health Partners, MN Medical Assistance, South Health Country Alliance, U-Care, United Healthcare, Tricare West, Aetna, Medica, Medicare, some EAPs, out-of-network, and private pay.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate insurance information and to confirm coverage directly with their insurance carrier. Because each plan is different, we cannot determine eligibility or guarantee payment on your behalf. If we are listed as out-of-network, your plan may not cover services.

If your insurance is inactive, you will be responsible for the full-service fee. Clients are responsible for maintaining active coverage. We offer  Sliding Fee and cash fee options. Visit our OUR RATES page for additional information, including policies regarding records and letters. Clients may request a detailed fee schedule by contacting our office.

Sliding Scale:

Reduced rates and a sliding fee scale are available upon request. Download the application and submit proof of income for verification. Services are provided regardless of ability to pay. No Surprises / Good Faith Estimate:

In compliance with federal law, we will provide a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges upon request. This estimate reflects our total charges only and is not a guarantee of what your insurance will pay or reimburse. You should confirm your actual out-of-pocket responsibility with your insurance provider. A full fee schedule is available to all clients upon request.

Non-Discrimination Policy:

The Therapist PLC does not discriminate based on race, color, sex, national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or ability to pay. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay, and discounts are available based on family size and income.
