Rick Jackson MSW LICSW

Richard “Rick” Jackson, MSW, LICSW

ABOUT ME |
I was born in Minnesota and have spent my career helping others feel seen, safe, and supported. My style is down-to-earth, collaborative, and yes—I use humor when it helps. I specialize in care for people who experience thoughts of suicide, and I’m committed to changing how our community talks about suicide—openly, without shame. I also support families with practical, compassionate ways to help a loved one who’s experiencing suicidal thoughts. Beyond that, I work with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, attachment issues, and family conflict. When I’m not in session, you’ll find me outside with my dog, camera, or a fishing rod, and spending time with my family.
