ABOUT ME |
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern on the Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) track. I hold an Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Temporary (ADC-T) license, specializing in treating individuals with substance use disorders. My passion lies in supporting clients through a culturally sensitive and compassionate approach, emphasizing the unique needs of East African and Muslim communities. I utilize evidence-based interventions, blending Adlerian principles with trauma-informed care, to help clients navigate challenges and achieve personal growth.
